When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. ReNew ships within the UK, to the EU, and to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs or import charges?

For EU and international orders, local import taxes or customs duties may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return an item?

Yes. If something isn’t right, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Full details are available in our returns policy.
