Nothing Planned isn’t a productivity planner. It’s a minimal, undated planner designed to help you find the feeling of unhurried days even when life is full. Instead of adding more, it helps you do less: identifying what doesn’t need doing, protecting pauses, and creating small pockets of space within the rush.

It isn't a planner for optimising your life. It's designed to help you find the feeling of unhurried days - even when you're actually busy. A tool for protecting pauses, questioning whether every task needs doing, and creating small pockets of slowness within the rush.

What it is
An undated digital planner that prioritises pauses over productivity. Daily pages help you identify what not to do, schedule moments of nothing, and notice the spaces between tasks. Monthly and weekly spreads reveal patterns - where you're adding too much, where you could ease off - so you can make small adjustments that create breathing room.

Why Use It
Because you can't always clear your calendar, but you can change how you move through it. This planner helps you find the unhurried feeling within busy days - by actively choosing less where you can, protecting empty hours where possible, and approaching what remains with a gentler pace. It asks different questions: What can you take off today's list? Where can you add space instead of tasks? What if you did one less thing?

How to use
Start each day by taking something off your to-do list before you begin. Schedule a pause - an actual block of time where you do nothing productive. Notice what you didn't get done, and be okay with it. The planner includes links to ReNew's three-minute pause guides, prompts for gentle reflection, and space for the small rituals that make days feel richer - even rushed days.

What's included
- Undated monthly overview pages
- Weekly planning spreads
- Daily detail pages  pause moments, small rituals, gratitude, notes)
- Hyperlinked navigation between months/weeks/days
- Monthly reflection prompts
- Digital format (PDF) delivered by email - use on tablet or print individual pages

How it works
The planner is designed to be used digitally on a tablet with note-taking apps (GoodNotes, Notability, or similar) or printed. Each section is hyperlinked so you can move between months, weeks, and days easily. It's undated, so you can start whenever you're ready - and stop without guilt if you need to. If you’re sending this as a gift, you can add a message in the order notes at cart and enter the recipient’s email address in the contact field.
