Shipping policy
ReNew ships from the United Kingdom to the UK, European Union, and selected international destinations. Orders are processed carefully and dispatched as promptly as possible.
UK orders
Orders placed by 1pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (if chosen at checkout). Otherwise it's a 2-day delivery.
Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day.

EU orders
We ship to most European Union countries.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–10 working days from dispatch.

Customs & taxes
EU orders may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. ReNew has no control over these costs and cannot predict them.
International orders
We also ship to selected destinations outside the UK and EU.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are typically 7–15 working days, depending on destination and local postal services.

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we do our best to meet stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. ReNew cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
Undelivered or returned orders
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal to pay customs charges, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
