carrying on \ for heavier days
Some days feel heavier than others.
Not dramatic.
Just unsteady.
Thoughts wobble.
Energy dips.
Small things take more effort than usual.
On days like this, it’s tempting to rush ahead.
To fix.
To push through.
But often what helps first is stopping for a moment -
taking a pause to observe life as it is, without trying to change it.
The wobble doesn’t disappear.
It doesn’t need to.
You breathe.
You stand where you are.
Something shifts -
not enough to solve everything,
but enough.
Enough to take the next small step.
Enough to wash the dish, answer the message, begin the task in front of you.
Pausing doesn’t make things perfect.
But it changes how you meet them.
And sometimes, that’s all that’s needed
to carry on.
